2. Change Your Diet
While detoxifying from marijuana, make sure to eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies containing high water content. Stay away from heavy foods that will make you tired or sick, like lots red meat.
For protein, have light meals like chicken breasts, pork and fish (a lot of marijuana smokers seem to not eat fish? Does anybody know anything about this?)

If you are not feeling hungry, it is okay to skip a meal as long as you are drinking plenty of extra hydrating liquids. 3. Maybe Even Exercise
Really simple. The more you sweat, the more marijuana toxins are going to pass through your system. As long as you don’t over exercise to the point of feeling faint, dizzy or stupidly nauseous – keep going!! It will be hard to start off with, and you might rather sit around and do nothing. But you know the drill. No pain, no gain.
Try jogging in the morning, going for a bike ride in the afternoon or playing soccer or tennis or something like that at night. It will actually become enjoyable eventually, if you can stick at it.
